      Served as a Contract employee for the State of Missouri's Early Intervention Program called First Steps. I was a Family Service Coordinator working with families raising children with disabilities ages birth to three in the St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.

      I founded the Adam Morgan Foundation on April 15th of 2008 as a non-profit organization that will provide resources, equipment and interventions to families raising children with Pervasive Developmental Disorders with little to no cost to the families ages 3 and older. The Foundations goal is to empower the families and providing equipment such as: weighted blankets and/or vests, swings, Therapeutic Listening Equipment, etc... as well as interventions (OT, ST, DT, RDI, ABA, Feeding Groups & Sensory Camps) in the home. I was a Consultant for the Mercy Autism Program from Jan. 2012 through June 2012. I worked on a team of medical and developmental professionals in developing a muti-disciplinary program to help families that are raising children with Autism in the St. Louis Metropolitan areas and the surrounding areas.
