  As a Didi to 30 3rd and 4th graders at a BMC school in Suburban Mumbai, I was exposed to startling ground realities. I worked with the communities that my children lived in, dabbled in exploring early childhood education, child psychology, worked on art-based SEL projects with my class, incorporating art and mindfulness in everyday education and worked towards a holistic learning approach.
