We successfully delivered over 50 projects across a range of industries, including fintech, healthtech, proptech, edtech, legaltech, logistics and defense.As GM, I was instrumental in leading the transformation of the business from a startup to a well-structured organization guided by clear, data-driven strategies and mesurable metrics. I assembled a team of technical account managers and technical project managers to collaborate on developing tools and indicators for tracking clients throughout the entire cycle, gathering their feedback, and measuring satisfaction levels. This approach allowed us to optimize our work and precisely measure our progress against our objectives. I also played a key role in the development and implementation of action plans aimed at enhancing the organization's visibility and creating opportunities for collaboration and strategic alliances with key academic and industry partners within the ecosystem.
