Pending litigation includes a breach of contract and riparian trespass claims before the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, (Pennsylvania), and an interpleader action in the Mahoning County Probate Court concerning conflicting payable on death beneficiary documentation (or lack thereof).• Legal Research and Drafting – I perform legal research and draft legal memorandum or related documents as needed and assigned; this past year assignments included drafting a Board Resolution to support the Bank’s Staples contract, and the preparation of a contractual risk assessment concerning a proposed pilot sales program and independent contractor engagement for the Capital Solutions Healthcare Finance team.
