  Part time employment during the study of my undergraduate and masters degree, roles continuing from my previous location at a bigger, busier store. Multiple in-store roles both on the shopfloor and in delivery areas. Overseeing goods in and their processing, along with the upkeep and preparation of warehouses and sales. Other responsobilities including the staff team voice: providing a focal point between the team and upper management, and head team coach: being involved with recruitment and staff training. Being with the store from it's opening I was able to see a growth in sales as it was established in the area.
