      The internship was carried out by six teams consisting of 4 university students. Each team had to provide a solution in the form of a product or service that satisfies Gen-Z as its target audience. In developing solutions, each team was guided by a mentor from the client company and three mentors through various tasks in three phases, namely trend spotting, new biz ideation, and final pitching. Clients handled: Ajinomoto Indonesia• Brainstormed 7 trends that revolve around Gen-Z as the basis for strategy development• Combined the 7 gathered trends to generate 6 brand-new product concepts, such Ajinomoto e-Nutrition, a snack bar to support optimal gaming performance for gamers. • Had discussion sessions with the client once per week in order to craft the most suitable business idea.• Conducted market research on Gen-Z target markets in order to gain insights, such as paint points, preferences, and lifestyle. • Conceptualize a product that satisfies Gen-Z who wants to convert to plant-based diet without excluding meaty taste. Clients handled: Sei Sapi Talalu, Timbel by Bumbu Desa Yogya, Balungan Rojo, Balungan Dinosaurus, Adipura, and Sumur Creative• Created 3 content pillars that will be developed into 15 contents per month.• Developed 30 Instagram content from the client’s editorial plan, including content concepts, copy on designs, and captions.• Directed a photography session. The session resulted in 15 raw photos that will be used for the content’s visual material. • Analyzed marketing issues and trends to craft 4 Sumur's social media content. The content reached an average of 258 likes with the peak reaching 403 likes and the least reaching 176 likes on Instagram. • Collected aroma preference insights of the 17-25 year old target audience for Vaya Perfume product development. • Responsible for the concept and story of Sumur's "Heroes Day" Campaign • Formulated a tagline for a mockup creative ad.
