  As Chief Technology Officer, I was responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of Coldwell Banker Advantage. Using an active and practical approach, I directed internal and external IT resources to attain the company’s strategic and long-term goals.   As Regional Vice President of the Northern Region of Coldwell Banker Advantage offices, it is my job to help individual Realtors and Teams grow their business in any type of market, the way they want to run their business. I use my previous experience as Senior Vice President of Training and also Chief Technology Officer to help agents in the way they want to run their business, whether it is low tech or high tech. We specialize in using the Ninja program so that agents can live their best life, while maintaining a sustainable personal business. Show less Principal Broker overseeing Coldwell Banker Advantage's Virginia Licensees in five Coldwell Banker Advantage offices, as well as Sales Manager and NC Broker in Charge of the Clarksville, Virginia location. This role includes training for all Virginia licensees and for the North Carolina Licensees at CB Advantage's lakes offices and management of the Clarksville, VA office. Coldwell Banker Advantage has also fostered my volunteerism. I co-lead the franchise's "What Moves Her" program with Heather Gool. This women's empowerment program helps build leaders in our industry and communities we serve, while balancing our personal goals and lifestyles. Show less I finally did it! I made the jump to Broker in Charge when an opportunity opened in our Clarksville Virginia office. I still live and sell homes in the Triangle area of NC. I have the best opportunity to grow the office, help our agents grow their business and am helping their Vacation Rental Department modernize. I put my merger's and acquisition knowledge to work and helped our Kerr Lake office merge with C21 on the Lake doubling the number of agents in the office and moving to their grand Historic home location, updated it and then added enough agents to just over triple the number of agents by the end of the first year.
