      • As duty Control room Supervisor (CRSS), supported my crew in 2019 to achieve zero consequential Work Protection and Plant Status Control events in 2019, the first time this was achieved with any Bruce B crew. • As Shift Manager, led the crew to achieve green dashboard, with all crew deliverables and metrics meeting satisfactory threshold in 2020, a first for any crew in Bruce B; ensured crew focus on proficiency-based Pre-Job Brief to identify/remove hazards and error precursors, and Post-Job Debrief to capture lessons learned for future executions. • Supported forced/planned outage execution for 10+ outages including unit shut-down/start-up activities: transition to Over-Poisoned Guaranteed Shutdown State (OPGSS), Low Level Drain State (LLDS), Approach to Critical (ATC), and other key evolutions.• Lead operations activities (evolution planning/execution) for Major Component Replacement and Refurbishment of Unit 6 (MCR6), providing oversight for Unit 6 shutdown, defueling activities, bulkhead installation, and heat transport and moderator system drain and dry evolutions in 2020, and subsequent start up activities in 2022. Show less Served as Outage Operations Manager (OOM) in the Outage Control Centre, charting outage plan, allocating resources, and overseeing evolutions during outage. Assumed role of Emergency Shift Assistant (ESA) and directed activities of Emergency Operation Center (EOC) during Emergency Response Organization (ERO) drills and station emergencies. Submitted reports related to variety of incidents to the regulatory bodies following the REGDOC-3.1.1, Reporting Requirements for Nuclear Power Plants. Performance Highlights:• Led team to coordinate Bruce Power’s response to INPO Event Report 17-5; performed gap analysis of INPO recommendations and proposed solutions to remediate gaps. • Conducted Apparent Cause Evaluation (ACE) on safety violation in confined space work area; assessed and identified confined space program and training weaknesses; implemented solutions to mitigate risk of reoccurrence; steered interviews with stakeholders, analyzed data, and drafted recommendations and corrective actions.• Spearheaded 1-month root cause investigation with a team of 4 to determine fundamental causes of a Level 1 Work Protection violation event in Bruce B.• Assigned role of WANO Coordinator for Bruce B Operations, providing timely oversight on successful implementations of WANO AFIs, ensuring satisfactory WANO reviews.
