  I am deeply humbled to be able to serve as the Chief of Staff over Cru Military’s Ministry Support Team. As Director of Operations I was blessed to spearheaded improvements for our resource retail/publications, communications, and digital tools. As the Chief of Staff, I am now also responsible for Human Resources, Finance, and Prayer ministry. What has not changed is my firm commitment to influence all support functions within our organization to learn, and respond with excellence to the needs of field leaders within our global mission. This includes stewarding funds allocated to mission support in such a way that field ministry is enhanced to maximum potential. Show less Position operates under the supervision and authority of the Executive Director.The Director of Operations for MSC, Newport News is responsible for ensuring the MSC provides the best possible operational field support. This will be accomplished through facilitation of essential ministry processes and a productive, collaborative and encouraging work environment.The Director of Operations will evaluate MSC operations; manage the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with Cru Military Senior Leaders to ensure operational field support processes run smoothly and in accordance with applicable guidelines and directives.
