  In the medical quality department, I contributed to patient safety and healthcare quality through work on Clinical Outcome Measures (COM), Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA), and compliance audits (Passive, Active, and PCPNDT). I also developed wound assessment protocols and took part in mock Code Blue drills for training and improve emergency preparedness and enhance care standards.
