  - Surgical Research team- Animal care: Bred and maintained more than 50 Wistar rats. These included weight evaluation, cleaning cages, applying anesthesia, and preparing the rats for surgical procedures.- Performed regular data collection tasks, such as conducting deep research on more than 100 kidney ischemia-reperfusion injury articles. Registered and analyzed data related to experimental surgery on rats.- Coordinated and designed experimental research on differences between fixation methods on rat kidneys.- Performed surgery on Wistar rats (nephrectomy) and catheterized the abdominal aorta for reperfusion.- Identified cell changes under the microscope to determine optimal fixation methods for maintaining cell structures.- Key achievements: Coordinated animal experimental surgeries. Introduced an efficient data collection process during animal surgery and sample taking which resulted in time, control, and quality improvements. Show less
