      My role as a Cabin Crew Trainer includes delivering regulatory safety and non regulatory service training to our Cabin Crew & Flight Crew across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Scandinavia. Covering a wide range of inspiring and fundamental training. This includes Aircraft Specific Conversions, New Entrant Training, Cabin Safety, First Aid, Security, Dangerous Goods and all elements of practical training. I have also completed Senior Cabin Crew Member training to ensure our new generation of SCCM’s are feeling prepared to take to the skies in a new role. Service training includes delivering all elements of service and customer focussed presentations, practical sessions and up-skilling crew. Show less I have operated in the role as Cabin Manager since 2015, my role includes leading a team of Cabin Crew onboard B737 & B787 aircraft on a mixture of short, mid and long-haul flying. This also includes a secondment being based at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport and operating as a Cabin Manager on behalf of TUIfly Nordic on long-haul flying for our Scandinavian customers. The role includes conducting the pre-flight safety briefing, carrying out all safety and security duties to ensure the safe operation of the flight. Within this remit I coach, guide and develop crew to be the best they can be and help make an effortless customer experience to every individual. I have been successful in being selected to operate on a detachment for TCS/National Georgraphic on a VIP Around the World trip delivering a luxurious and enhanced in-flight service. Selected for a secondment in the modernisation and enhancement of our inflight service for short and mid-haul flying. Have undertaken roles such as Multi-Skilled Crew, an office based role to carry out general administration duties, renewing crew ID’s via IDGateway System and having good relationships with all third parties.
