One of only two techs trained to teach the retailers and their staff on the the care and maintenance of the VLTs. Also teach them how to look after the coin acceptors, bill acceptors and printers in the VLTs. Install and remove machines in my area. Involved in Floor moves and repairs of SLOT machines at Bear Claw Casino, Living Sky Casino, Painted Hand Casino, Dakota Dunes Casino and Golden Eagle Casino. Looked after sign repair at Bear Claw Casino. Responsible for timely repair, Maintenace of a Fleet vehicle and keeping the inventory contained within, properly stocked and counted on a weekly basis.   Project management, working with sub contractors to provide support for LENEL access control systems. Design Avigilon access control and video solutions. Install DSC NEO panels for ULC fire monitoring. Create documentation to support new products. Have recently added Axis Cameras and Honeywell products to my portfolio. Also trained in fall arrest and bucket truck application. Second level Tech support for techs and customers, activated cell and internet back up units, extensive knowledge of GE, Honeywell and DSC products for the security industry. Support for ULC fire and Burg panels with respect to converting signals, yearly tests, etc for maintaining ULC standards. Help troubleshooting problems with security panels.
