  I am accountable for the planning, organization, and direction of our organization's operations and programs. My role encompasses the development and implementation of consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics.I am responsible for overseeing and reporting on the company's results to our comapnies owner. It is my duty to prepare accurate and timely analyses that effectively capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.In order to ensure the seamless support of all departments, I provide leadership and manage the efforts of our site staff. Additionally, I supervise the development of operations-based financial modeling.I am in charge of coordinating and leading annual budget reviews, as well as monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational ownership. I hold the authority to approve major systems implementations that are related to cost and inventory control.A crucial aspect of my role involves retaining a diverse and highly qualified staff.
