I was in charge of the whole site design processes in NW Region of Russian Federation that involved 14 subcontractors teams (about 1000 sites)Job functions:1. Managing work of design department, regarding performance of objects inspection plan for placing and modernization of base stations and data centers. 2. Managing reception, checking and coordination with customer inspection certificates of objects, equipment designs and allowing documentation in NW Region of Russian Federation.3. Control the fact and timeliness of the charged works, quality check and validity of accepted decisions. Selection of contract organizations.4. Creating an electronic database for the Ericsson with base stations of NW Region.Achievements:• Organization of scale inspections of positions for placing base stations, performance of inspection certificates of platforms and the design documentation in NW Region of Russian Federation. From January till July 2011 more than 1000 projects on building and modernization of base stations were accepted from contract organizations, checked up and co-ordinated with customer.
