      Responsible for the department of Medical Staff Affairs at DeKalb and Cherokee Baptist Medical Centers. Including each hospital’s MSA fiscal budget, Medical Library, Medical Staff Committees (MEC, MS, LAB, ER, Surgery, Medicine, Bylaws, etc.) agendas, minutes, meeting notifications and correspondence, credentialing process for physicians and allied health staff, verification and tracking of all expirables, background checks, sanction checks, NPDB queries, credentialing audits for regulatory organizations (Joint Commission, CMS, etc…), monthly continuing medical education programs, database maintenance, recurring reports (satisfaction data, etc.), confidentiality of highly sensitive and confidential practitioner data, monthly medical staff committee meeting calendars for each facility and developed and distributed monthly call schedules for all call groups.
