Also assisted customers in getting their devices ready for international travel or ordering new devices that would work. Handled escalated customer situations and made things right. Was given medals and awards for keeping customers from leaving or switching companies. Was part of the Customer Advocation team that assisted stores if systems had issues. Then completed orders and troubleshot issues for customers to ensure the best experience. Doing this led to me leading my own team of over 16 people to have one of the best sales months in phones the center ever had. By providing the best experiences I was top in sales multiple times as well as having over 10 call experiences put into their call of fame for the best service. These calls were then used to teach other employees old and new how things should be handled.   Epic Games reached out to me on Instagram that I might be a good fit to represent their company as a content creator. This entailed streaming on the then popular platform mixer. Epic games developed the game Fortnight and I partnered with them to help sell in game cosmetic items for various events that led to me having a creator code. This allowed my fans and followers to use this code to buy items and support my growth. Leading to more sales I became partnered with Microsoft to help sell and advertise upcoming game titles and products on live streams. This led to gaming products reaching out to me for sponsorships. Epic Games Purchased rocket league and I then began to do the same for that platform as well. Show less

Put through iaao (international association assessing officers) classes and trained in eagle view aerial imagery and ias world in order to fairly and efficiently appraise properties across the county. Trained with field mobile programs to take photos, update property information, and sketch buildings out in the field. Certified in fema training for incident management and incident command system as well as nsc defensive driving. Worked through permits for new construction, additions to existing homes, electrical and plumbing as well as solar. Inspecting any additional value and deciding what to pick up and add to record and what not to. Starting from periods April to October/November working property value protests with property owners and if not resolved would develop board documents and presentations for board hearings. Show less
