      I elaborated my Bachelor's Final Project, titled ‘Development, design and urban planning project of residential area in the city of Segorbe’. With this project, I could demonstrate my experience in some of those competencies I have mentioned. I worked from zero, because I had only the perimeter of the area to develop. Based on this, I got the topography using LIDAR technology, I designed five different developments and I carried out an analysis of alternatives to choose the proper option. After that, I calculated the system of roads and all basic services as sewer, water, power and telecom systems. I paid close attention to the parks design because this place is close to a natural park. I estimated the full budget to construct it. Furthermore, I had to elaborate an Environmental Impact Assessment, too. After be working for two years on this project, I acquired great skills in using specific engineer computer programs such as Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner, AutoCad, Cype, Istram-Ispol, HEC-HMS, Arcview, Arcmap or EPANET. The hard work was rewarded and the Assessment Committee graded this project with Grade of Distinction, being one of the best projects realised at school of civil engineers. Show less

      I did a project named; Viability study of the urbanization project in the 'Vereda de San Cayetano, La Calera (Colombia)’. I was responsible for coming up with technical solutions to problems with the rough ground to design and calculate the different roads and the plots' accesses. Using Civil 3D designing them and doing longitudinal and cross ground sections to analyse the viability of the solutions posed.
