My role was basically to monitor the production and UATV( user assistance testing environment) jobs and to provide support and resolution in case of any amends. This task involved interaction with JCL language and COBOL. Also, I got occasional work request to change the job schedule timings and date through the job scheduling tool, ZEKE.
