      The Program pairs refugees with local volunteers, to help ease the integration process, by facilitating access to local networks, and offering cultural and language teaching. At the 1.5 year mark, the program attracted more than 500 volunteers and refugees. Achievements/tasks- Led a team of five volunteers working towards program goals and conducting recruitment of participants (700 +/-).- Established collaborations with local businesses (e.g museum), and organised 2 events per month, promoting cultural integration.- Closely mentored 12 refugees in job market readiness and career development through a Nanodegree program at Udacity.- Collaborated with Niya, a platform that works to enhance refugee labor market potential.- Selected to follow the BIEL Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for migrant and refugee women funded by Erasmus University and CAJ, to help assist refugee women in the labor market.
