I have built efficient support models using a combination of in-house and outsourced resources. Successfully integrated service desk as a logical extension of the application support team, thereby achieving a very high rate of first level resolution of incidents. The group manages 40+ applications, and with efficient support models and by promoting cross-skilling, is well placed to meet the growing organizational demands in the application support space.I had the overall accountability for Disaster Recovery readiness, successfully managed the Bank's mandatory DR exercise in 2012 and 2013.
