My responsibilities ranged from ordering and passing prescription medications to residents of my health home to assisting residents with everyday things such as personal hygiene, banking, community involvement, nutrition, and transportation. In the event of a psychological event, I would do my best to support the resident and attempt to create a positive environment in which they could feel safe and comfortable again.

    • Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting

      Oct 2018 - Oct 2019
      Paint Line Technician

Working on the paint line requires you to prep cars for auto paint. A lot of the job is sanding with a pneumatic sander and then taping paper to cars before they either get completely or partially painted. Other tasks included working with metal and glues, using body filler, mixing and spraying primer or paint, removing and installing decals and emblems, removing tape and paper from painted cars, disassembly and reassembly of exterior body parts, and detailing and washing cars. Detailing included fixing clear coat runs or single stage runs, buffing, polishing, waxing, and glass repair. Once a month or so we helped clean the paint booth filters and serviced the compressors powering the shop. Show less

      Sept 2019 - Oct 2020
      Team Lead Manager

A passion for all things sports led me to apply as a food runner and marketing team member at Top Golf after moving to Arizona briefly in 2019-2020. I started at the bottom delivering food and drinks for a couple of months before quickly rising up the ranks. I learned the menu inside and out, I learned how to make drinks at the bar, I learned how to work at Golf Services and I even led some off-site marketing campaigns we held as community outreach and promotional giveaways. Thanks to a recommendation from my marketing supervisor, I was promoted from within to be a Team Lead Manager and switched roles from mainly doing marketing events to overseeing corporate, on-site events. These events required me to manage various servers and cooks, but also act as a liaison between guest experiences and TopGolf offerings. If it was within my power, I was generous to help guests in the best way possible.Aside from managing a floor or running an event and coordinating everyone involved, my job also included giving golf cart rides to the casino hotel down Talking Stick Way to guests and working the front desk helping to get people checked in or sat one of our restaurants while they waited for game time. Feb 2021 - Feb 2023
      Motorcycle Technician

I worked as a motorcycle mechanic doing everything from setting up brand-new motorcycles to tearing down 40-year-old BMWs and Suzukis. I was taught how to order and replace parts, diagnose running issues or strange noises, and fix common electrical problems like no charging, no start, no lights, "check engine light" is on, and reset maintenance intervals, to name a few. I was encouraged to make contact and communicate with customers. Writing clear and concise work orders and repair orders is very important for the smooth functionality of the shop overall."Bread and butter" jobs included new tires, new rear shocks on sport bikes, brake jobs, fork seals inspections, chain and sprockets, valves, annual tune-up (filters, plugs, fluids, free-play, tolerances, etc...) carb cleans, carb kits, carb balancing, setting up fused panels or blocks for running lots of accessories, new batteries, simple electrical issues (lights, horn, switches, relays). Some aftermarket installs can be tough, especially if there are no clear instructions, but most are relatively easy. Light kits, windscreens, grips, levers, seats, and tail kits for moving the plate around. I'm familiar with motorcycle storage (winter) and with motorcycle prep (spring). Show less
