  At IBV, I oversee the finance function of precious metals trading and safety deposit vaults renting divisions. I work closely with the Finance team to deliver monthly management reports, reconciliation of stakeholder accounts, process VAT submissions, and ensure compliance with others local regulations.I also contribute towards compliance function, including onboarding, transaction monitoring, risk analysis, and co-ordinating the external AML audit engagement for the company. My responsibilities also extends to annual zero-based budgeting, monthly variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and daily management of accounts payable/receivable.In addition, I handle all banking activities, from responding to queries and facilitating fund transfers to establishing and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. Given the high value of our inventory, I take a hands-on approach to inventory management and control, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
