      I worked at Streets Heaver Management consultants, as a trainee (initially) analyst programmer. During this period I spent time working on an accounts bureau service, using Multisoft accounts. I then moved on to install, and support Unix systems, running Multisoft Accounts, Smartware, Seachange, or Sky, for clients. During my time with Streets have I programmed in Smartware, and made bespoke changes to Seachange Accounts. My main role was meeting with clients to gain their requirements and then specify amendments required to Sky accounts for other programmers to do.       During my time with Lincolnshire County Council a worked in a number of other teams. My first role was with the Mainframe development team, implementing the Accounts Payable module of Walker International Software. I then work in the Information Center support team covering a variety of platforms notably, Novell, Unix, and desktop application support and installation. I then spent 6 years in the PC development team, initially maintaining Dbase systems. I was then involved in a long term project developing, testing, and implementing a Finance System for County Schools using Foxpro2. The finance system included the usual modules for purchase ordering, processing invoices and payments, and bank reconciliation. In the run up to Year 2000 I was involved in work checking compliance of in-house software developments, both IT and user developed systems, and converting non-compliant systems to MSAccess. From November 1998 until April 2001 I worked in the Social Services team, undertaking project work. Initially project delivery, then moving on to stage managing and planning projects. I have produced Project Initiation Document’s, project plans, and project documentation to PRINCE2 standards. I also organized other members of the team to deliver project stages. During 2000/01 I stage managed the IT Equipment Refresh Programme for Social Services, replacing over 700 items in more than 120 location throughout the county. I also project managed the Extending Network Links project, a £50000 project to put communication links into all remaining Social Services sites. Show less

      From April 2015 until December 2016 I worked within the Corporate PMO team providing Finance support to the management accountant, relating to the finance management and governance of project across the national IT service. I produced time reports detailing staff utilization on project work, and tracking sickness levels. I produced monthly project finance reports, attend project reviews, and provided management feedback on changes to project out turn.From December 2016 until September 2017 I worked in the role of Consortium Project Manager. We sourced 3rd party software solution of a number of clients via a government framework. I prepared Contract change notes, and liased with legal department for sign off. Liaised with clients and 3rd parties for sign off, a purchase order from clients and then raised purchase orders to 2rd parties. I would then track work and invoices from the 3rd party each month, and raise invoices to the client. I maintained a forecast of expected revenue and cost and attended regular revue meetings, explaining any variances to forecast.From September 2017 until 31st March 2020 I worked as a project manager with the eMBED Healthcare contract, providing back office support to Yorkshire and Humber CCG’s and GP practices. I managed a variety of projects, to merge practices, roll out software and deploy MFD printers. I also took on the tasks of forecasting the finances of the IT project & programmes service, tracking progress and issues for senior management.
