      Scope incoming requests, develop project plans to execute across deliverables, and assign resources based on product type, creative tier, and team capacity.Provide timely and open communication to marketers, stakeholders, and other internal project managers related to all deliverables and accountabilities.Manage projects through full life cycle in the project management system, including workflow, assignment, milestone planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder approval.As a subject matter expert (SME), develop specifications for new design prototypes while collaborating with the production specialist to negotiate competitive pricing, acquire necessary templates, and obtain electronic and production proofs from vendors.Identify, track, and manage all risks to the project, including delays and scope changes, knowing when to delegate upwards and raise the alarm at the right time to the right people when issues occur.Develop and oversee the creative team’s original creative brainstorming, concepts, and designs to meet business and brand objectives from concept to completion on all marketing materials.Provide backup support for other designers when necessary to complete creative jobs by established deadlines.Lead and coordinate the development of processes with the PMO, leveraging project management industry standards and best practices to improve and streamline the project management workflow within the creative team..Translate product positioning and audience messaging requirements into effective design solutions, using data to drive results and inform decisions, while also providing strategic creative direction and input to mid to senior leadership to influence wider marketing initiatives.Establish/maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics.
