Reoccurring problems followed a Root Cause Analysis process for correction. Vendor management, Supplier Performance, Customer Relationships, Budgets, Contracts, Site Designs, Schematics, Hardware Configurations, Documentation, Site Project Plans, Change Control, Installation, Test, Acceptance, and Turnover to Lifecycle were managed accordingly.
