  I am honored to begin my career at Procter & Gamble in the One Transformative Platform Technology (1TPT) department, focusing on Products Research. In this role, I blend data-driven analysis with qualitative insights to deeply understand our consumers. This position aligns with my passion for making the world more accessible and sustainable while ensuring high-quality products. My responsibilities include:- Developing and managing studies that inform business decisions, guide project direction, and substantiate product claims.- Conducting interviews with consumers, particularly individuals with disabilities and those from diverse ethnic backgrounds, to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.- Analyzing data to uncover consumer insights and support our product claims.- Clearly articulate consumer and team needs between multiple functions and expertises.In addition to my primary role, I am a part of the New and Recent Hire Network Leadership Team, where we create opportunities for career development, networking, and community engagement in the Greater Cincinnati area.
