Business Imaging was next acquired by Toshiba Business Solutions in October 2006.

Left this council only because my Konica Minolta dealership was purchased by Toshiba.

I was promoted to Vice President of Sales and asked to merge all three companies into one large sales organization without losing any key personal and maintaining and growing revenue.MY ROLE: Managed all the Arizona and Southern California sales operations with over 60 employees. My principal accountabilities were as follows:1. Profitable subsidiary that meets revenue/margin expectations2. Effective training programs for all sales personnel3. Build infrastructure that works together as a team to provide products and services that meet or exceed the customer's requirements.4. As the elected President of this Advisory Panel, I serve as the final liaison for collecting all the input from the nine representatives and communicate directly with senior management within Samsung Corporate.
