  •As a Group QHSE Manager, my role and responsibilities is to manage ongoing project safety team as well as divisions of the Group and to develop positive health and safety culture by providing project HSE supports in order to maintain and apply the entire HSE management system including standards, Project HSE Plans, Risk Management, JHA, SOPs and developments. Create, customize, develop, implement, track and update HSE MS within group and project sites.•Manage and ensure Internal/External ISO Audits and site inspections are conducted and findings with suggested corrective actions have been communicated and rectified.•Preparing HSE documents during tendering and bidding Pre-qualification process as per the bidding scope of work. •Chair weekly meetings with all members of HSE Team to review site issues, upcoming HSE initiatives, training development programs and evaluating areas of high risk activities including environmental protections.•Organizing Group HSE meetings with senior management and highlighting all the safety related concerns where safety is an agenda.•Ensuring HSE inspections, identifying issues and developing corrective action plans to ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and local regulations such as Qatar Construction specification 2014 (QCS), Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD), Qatar Labor Law, etc. within group.•Identifying and designing the requirements of HSE Trainings and developments of employees within the Group and contractors/Sub-contractors to achieve the established objective and targets.•Dealing directly with each division of the Group regarding non-conformance items, deficiency corrections, performance issues, case studies and new initiatives.•Preparing and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual HSE reports to management and clients.
