  Yaeger Architecture, Inc. (Yaeger) is an Lenexa, Kansas small business architectural firm founded in 1973 and has provided architectural excellence in design and construction administration services for new construction, as well as remodeling, renovation, and historic restoration. My previous work experience includes project management, architectural, and interior design, construction quality assurance inspections, code and compliance review, and construction administration. Project experience ranges from a variety of casinos, multi-family housing, and rehabilitation work of historical structures. Recent experience focus includes Department of Defense design-bid-build and design-build projects located throughout the U.S. Additional Federal experience includes execution of task orders under AE Services contracts with Veteran Affairs (VA) and General Service Administration (GSA) along with business development for Yaeger's growing Federal client base. I hold a Historic Property Management Certificate by National Preservation Institute, meet the National Park Service (NPS) qualifications as a Historic Architect. I currently serve on the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Kansas City Board. In 2014, I received the Regional Vice President’s Medal in recognition for my outstanding service to the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Greater Kansas City Post. In 2018, I was honored with the National Young Member Medal award for outstanding leadership and accomplishments in support of the SAME mission.
