Upheld a high level of safety and prevented pollution while mixing and conditioning pad mud, centrifuging and sieve mud operations for drill in fluids.   Providing to customers the most effective environmentally safe drilling fluids available. Daily monitoring and maintaining inventory at customer rig sites. Maintain fluid properties on rig sites by testing fluids properties accurately. Maintain all company lab equipment. Monitor daily drilling operations to reduce or eliminate problems associated with drilling fluids. Responsible for proper volume accounting of fluids at customer rig sites. Prepare daily mud report with advanced Mud Pro, phase report and well recap and submit for review. Use Hyd Pro software to produce hydraulic run, analyse the reading and provide recommendation to the customer. Maintain a list of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all drilling and completion fluids chemicals on the rig site. Provide QA/QC for some of the products at the rig site. Prepare mud program and involved in tender bid compilation. Provide technical support to Liquid Mud Plant at Onne when required. Report daily activities to the drilling supervisor and fluids team. Work in tandem with drilling crew to ensure proper optimization of drilling fluids and solids control equipment, monitor and advise on good selection of shale shaker screens for drilling intervals.
