      Research into the perceptions, preferences and switching barriers of people with a Social Support Act indication (Dutch: Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) indicatie) with regard to mobility. With the aim to do recommendations how to realize a transition from the Regiotaxi to public transport.

      In my role as consultant at TNO I help teams to reach objectives and to collaborate more efficiently. I support organisations and groups in interaction and change process challenges. Translating science into practice is what I like to do. I work on challenges where complex safety issues require complex collaborations. I am conducting research in the field of Behavioural and Societal Sciences and work in the department Human Behaviour and Organisational Innovation.Research topics I worked on are deviant behavior, cyber safety and de-radicalisation. Currently I am working on topics related to complex collaboration, team coping, network organisation and collaboration and occupational health and Safety.
