      Successfully coordinated, monitored and evaluated CAHED’s programs.Designed and carried out participatory needs and resource assessments.Wrote proposals and negotiated for a total of six project proposals, four of which were successfully funded, implemented, monitored, evaluated and reported.Represented CAHED at regional and national forums and debates on HIV/AIDS issues.Encouraged a total of 1056 people to go through a voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) process and enhanced their psychosocial support through group therapies initiated at the community level.
