He is capable in monitoring and leading construction projects and progress from start to finish, which includes budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling. He utilizes his acquired experience over the years in formulating HSE plans/procedures to reduce risks associated with construction operations. He communicates with contractors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders in ensuring the compliance of design specifications and resolving project issues. He was recently promoted as a Project Manager.He oversees the day-to-day work during onsite construction including material allocations, quality, construction progress, HSE, pre-commissioning and commissioning. He is highly skilled in streamlining processes that meets BEC’s contractual requirements. He works closely with the Project Manager in ensuring all project deliverable and schedule meets the timeline. He takes part in the development and implementation of construction guidelines and provide effective engineering methodologies in construction operations. Engr.
