  My role was upgraded to Assistant Operations Manager after I began to develop and outgrow the role of Programme Manager. Responsibilities include being the team and commercial lead, measuring team performance and focussing on income performance against budget / corrective campaign action. I have commercial accountability for staffing against budget as well as a focus on training and development of the team. I am also the Sports Development Manager for the site as well as the Social Media expert for the whole of Active Nation in Southampton. Show less
