  Manage event production, daily office operations, renovations, and site management (i.e., physical appearance, upkeep, and renovation) Meet with clients to assess needs and manage space informatics. Consult with clients throughout planning process and oversee all office relocations. Conduct regular meetings with in-house service providers (i.e., IT Support, Facilities, Telecommunications, etc.) to ensure seamless provision of services. Engage with Department Chair, Finance Team, and Dean’s Office staff to regulate and determine various needs of the department. Attend large, prestigious, and technically complex events to ensure remedy of complications and that events run smoothly. Meet with custodial supervisor to address and prioritize needs and assign tasks. Act as key point of contact on-site for service providers, deliveries, contractors and vendors. Sit on Dean's Go-Green Initiative Committee. Manage daily office operations: design and implement processes and procedures; monitor condition of furniture and equipment inventory; arrange for repairs, services, and replacements; oversee inventory and ordering of supplies; initiate purchase requisitions for all computer hardware and software. Supervise Service Assistants including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Oversee internal IT support position.
