I am responsible for the data and the form work produced by my team of 3 Technical Account Managers along with creating and maintaining my own web-based solutions for the events industry. Most recent assignment has been to design and implement various bespoke event registration forms along with running QA and UAT on forms implemented by a managed team of three. The role requires the identification of system vulnerabilities, ensuring all protocols are adhered to and data collected with integrity maintained.I have thorough knowledge of UAT and QA procedures of the frontend and the backend of the applications.
