  I was a part of the Technical Team of East India's biggest school fest, Xuberance. During my tenure, I was the only video editor, graphic designer and I even helped I the creation of the app. I shared my expertise in some of the technical aspects of the fest, mainly because it was online.

  As the Vice President of the club, I was responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring smooth coordination between the club members, supervisors, and the President. Serving as the senior-most member after the President, I acted as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication and decision-making across all levels of the club.One of my key responsibilities was leading the planning and execution of one of Pune’s largest open snooker tournaments, which was a flagship event of Kurukshetra, our college’s annual fest. The tournament attracted over 30 skilled participants from across the city and was organized over the course of a few days.I managed logistics, scheduling, and participant coordination, ensuring fair play and adherence to timelines. Additionally, I worked closely with the supervisors and volunteers to handle registrations, match officiating, and audience engagement. The tournament was not only completed smoothly and on schedule, but it also received positive feedback from participants and attendees for its professional management and competitive spirit.This experience strengthened my leadership, organizational, and team management skills, while giving me valuable insight into event planning and execution at scale. Show less As the Secretary of the FLAME Billiards and Snooker Club at my college, I was responsible for managing and updating the club's data daily. We organized several intra-college tournaments, with the biggest one taking place during Kurukshetra, our college fest. Despite over 16 registrations and the chaos of participants not showing up on time, we managed to stay on schedule. It was particularly challenging since the entire Executive Committee wasn't available to help out. However, thanks to my management skills, we not only completed all the matches on time but even finished four matches ahead of schedule.
