Responsibilities include maintaining biological and NPDES compliance with environmental resource agencies (USACE, USFW, CDFW, RWQCB, SCAQMD), following guidelines specified in the 401, 404, and 1602 permits, track and report excavation and placement of Aerial Deposited Lead (ADL), proper disposal of asbestos concrete pipes, prepare monthly environmental reports, following and reporting on the status of compliance with the Environmental Commitment Records (ECRs).Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM) - SR-91 Corridor Improvement Project (CIP)Manage the storm water pollution prevention for the SR-91 CIP.
