I get to conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to help students overcome obstacles and tackle challenging assignments.One of the most rewarding aspects of my role as a tutor is being able to see my students grow and succeed in their coursework.   As part of our project's development, we had the privilege of being mentored by Microsoft experts. With their guidance, we were able to create AskAthena, an AI chatbot that leverages 10% of StackOverflow's data to assist users with technical queries. The chatbot promptly provides users with the top three most relevant answers to their questions.Our team received the benefit of working alongside seasoned Microsoft mentors who offered us valuable guidance and insights regarding software development, project management, and effective team collaboration practices.As part of our team, I played a significant role in developing both the backend and frontend components of the chatbot. Additionally,Through our collaboration with Microsoft, I was able to acquire valuable experience in utilizing natural language processing techniques and integrating external APIs, particularly from Microsoft's Azure services. I also contributed to project management tasks, including delegating tasks and collaborating with team members.Moreover, I was involved in the development of a user-friendly interface that simplifies the input and retrieval of code-related queries. Throughout the development process, I conducted rigorous testing and debugging to guarantee the chatbot's optimal performance. Show less
