This role demanded a high level of coordination, engaging with Directors and also negotiating and managing timely submission of key deliverables from across all of Costain’s AMP 5 Framework teams and ultimately gave a first hand appreciation of how a large engineering business is run.   eight2O, ECI Phase of Thames Water AMP 6 delivery.Responsible for three work streams in the ECI phase for Thames Water AMP 6 delivery programme- Standardisation, Asset Standards Challenge and Offsite Manufacture. Led a full time team of 12+ people of responsibility for a number of remote working designers focused on specific projects. Budget accountability for £3m to realise efficiency opportunities over AMP 6. Efficiencies identified of circa £37m across the three work streams on completion of ECI.
