      As a Dual Club Manager I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational management of all areas of the two facility's. During my time I was able to deliver notably strong business performance. I was also able to maintain strong cost and operations controls to drive lean operations and markedly strong performance in respect to compliance with company policies and standards, and have regularly exceeded industry and company benchmarks for EBITDA and member retention. The Centre is contracted to the ACT Government therefore I am obliged to abide by their regulations yet strive to create and initiate new and exciting ways to discover further avenues to promote the facility and attract new members.At YMCA I am responsible for the acquisition and retention of all various types of Memberships that we offer. I am in charge of all initial enquires via email, face to face or over the phone.
