      Administrator of IT asset management standards and processes. Administered the large asset management part of an ITSM system, improving accuracy. Redesigned and deployed a large IT asset tracking and management system that tracks PCs, detects anomalies, updates the IT database, and contacts owners. Movers, leavers, missing, and non-deployed PCs were tracked. This data was used to feed dashboards and assist with software costing.Liaised with other groups to resolve various issues.
