      Oct 2014 - Aug 2016

Currently working with Water Demand Management I'm taking the lead on three projects; Cost and Programme Management, Data Provision Contracts and an Upstream Leakage Project. My first placement saw me transform a tired and impractical Excel report into an interactive, informative Tableau document; making statistical analysis easier, faster and therefore improving on reporting times and reaction to incident time. The two year graduate programme is geared towards becoming an operational staff manager based in Water Services I'll be learning all about how this aspect of the business works, what the operations teams need and from there, how to improve everyone's experience of either working for Welsh Water or being one of our customers. Show less Responsible for creating and executing test scenarios, analysing data, collating data to provide statistics, data migration and data cleansing. Was a ‘super user’ team member responsible to ensure the quality of the Billing solution was acceptable to the business users in the final testing stages of the project. A large part of my job is interacting with other team members to offer advice and guidance on test scenarios. I've also been priviligied to represent the company at an innovation awards ceremony and given a presentation to the CEO of the company. Show less
