      • Shift Microbiology analyst. Responsible for daily microbial quality control checks and assurance of raw materials(water, concentrates and additives), brewing fermentations, maturing beer and final pack of beer product and non alcohol adult drinks. Working with Diageo global quality team to ensure compliance with CODEX.• QMS/EMS/FSSC /HACCP Manual Quality Lead :- Ensuring quality department is compliant to QMS 9001:2015, FSSC 22001 through internal audits, scheduled management reviews, daily tier meeting sessions and global weekly CODEX tier 2 meetings. Trained and certified internal auditor on these standards and an auditee as well. Good all round knowledge in PRPs, Audits, Food safety, Customer concerns/complains. Compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements.• Safety Champion Lead:- Trained NEBOSH certified safety champion.
