  Case management for Veterans to understand their employment needs, which included conducting motivational interviews to assess job skills, job-ready needs, training, and barriers to employment, and provided career guidance, job development training, and social service referrals.Collaborated with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Soldier On, PA Serves, County Veterans Administration, and Veterans Leadership Program to connect Veterans with additional services such as financial assistance, housing support, and mental health services as needed.Worked in partnership with Veteran’s Court to identify and assist Veterans with qualifying criminal charges, ensuring support for those who have served honorably to access transitional housing and receive supportive employment services.Participated in Stand Downs, providing Veterans with vital services, such as food, shelter, showers, haircuts, clothing, health screenings, benefits counseling, legal advice, and referrals to a variety of other necessary services such as housing referrals, employment assistance, mental health counseling, and substance abuse treatment.
