  Coordinating the Emergency Response plans and supplies. Conducting and administered education for approximately 1200 staff with the opening of the new post disaster build critical care tower. Designed and coordinated a mock evacuation exercise. Continue to provide consultant support of staff who require assistance with design and completion of departmental emergency response plans. Department representative for the Hospital Emergency Preparedness Committee, meeting monthly. Coordinate daily operations of busy Emergency Department. Hiring of new staff, conducting work place health and occupational health investigations, and medico-legal investigations. Maintain and coordinate department disaster and emergency response, including consulting and educating staff on current standards within the field. Redevelopment of site level emergency preparedness plans, supply lists and education coordination and delivery for emergency disaster response. This included designing and delivering orientation and education to approximately 1200 staff to a new critical care tower on emergency code and responses.
