Developed strategy, managed staff and provided overall leadership for World Vision's 30 Hour Famine campaign engaging 60,000 youth and raising over $3.5M annually. Managed public engagement portion of three-year $5.5M CIDA grant. Initiated youth leadership training in Tanzania and developed two new Canadian youth leadership programs that won the “2008 Hatfield Award for Communicating International Cooperation Issues”.
