  Responsible for all of World Vision Canada's development programs in Malawi, Zambia and South Africa. Coordinated Program Support Team for South Africa. Developed strategy, managed staff and provided overall leadership for World Vision's 30 Hour Famine campaign engaging 60,000 youth and raising over $3.5M annually. Managed public engagement portion of three-year $5.5M CIDA grant. Initiated youth leadership training in Tanzania and developed two new Canadian youth leadership programs that won the “2008 Hatfield Award for Communicating International Cooperation Issues”.
