The job activities are divided into the following activities- Early Preparation Work, Proposal Development, Production and Post-Production Early Proposal Activities· Analyzes and interprets Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify requirements for entire proposal submittal· Develops the qualifications or proposal compliance matrix and summarizes the Evaluation Criteria, which are used to guide the proposal team during proposal development· Determines the schedule for development of the proposal submittal and coordinates milestones (section due dates, reviews, production, etc.) with the overall pursuit schedule, which is developed by the Design-Build Manager/Sponsor/Lead Estimator Show less
