  At Sterling National Bank (New York, EEUU) I started as Business Analyst of the Mobile App transformation project, in charge of landing the business requirements, managing the user stories backlog and coordinating the developers work until releasement into production.Later, I was challenged to cover the Program Manager role covering both the Web transformation project and the Mobile app transformation project. I grew my managing and planning skills.
